- Free: homepage preview of the rebuilt site, kept indefinitely.
- $199/mo "Live": the whole site on the
  customer's own domain with nothing up front. Hosting, security and
  backups handled; they send changes whenever they want and we work one at
  a time; a monthly report. Cancel any time.
- $399/mo "Growing": everything in
  Live, plus active monthly work on the site, local search (listings,
  reviews, pages aimed at real local queries), daily and weekly numbers,
  changes described in plain words and built for them, and two changes in
  progress at once.
- $3,500 one-time "Own it outright": the
  finished site handed over as code the customer owns and can host
  anywhere, with no ongoing relationship.
- Add-ons, monthly, on top of either plan: Daily reporting $49/mo, Local SEO push $149/mo, Second change lane $99/mo.

The site is hosted and maintained by Boneyard on Boneyard's
infrastructure. That is deliberate — the monthly plans are the product,
and the one-time buyout is the only route to owning the code outright.
